NOTE: Updates to filings on Sunbiz.org only apply to records held within the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations. You will need to contact other state agencies to update records at those agencies (e.g., Florida Department of Revenue, Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations, etc.)
