What is the online premium payment service?

The online premium payment service allows you to make instant payments through the Tata AIA Life Insurance Co. Ltd. web site (www.tataaia.com) instantly through a credit card or an online banking account. You need to specify your Tata AIA Life Insurance Co. Ltd. Policy Number and your Date of Birth and pay directly through your credit card or online banking account.

Who is eligible to use this service?

This service is available to all Tata AIA Life Insurance Co. Ltd. policy holders for payment of their premiums. You need to have a valid credit card or an online banking account to make payment.

How does this service work?

After you have chosen to pay, you need to follow the steps below:

• Provide your premium details - enter the Tata AIA Life Insurance Co. Ltd. Policy Number and Date of birth and click on 'Verify'
• This will show the - The Name of Policy holder; Agent details and the premium amount due
• On the same page the 'Payment Options' will be presented in a drop down menu
• Select your payment mode - Credit Card or Net Banking account, and click on the 'Submit' button to initiate payment
• You will be directed to a payment gateway where you will be required to enter your credit card details; alternately you will be taken to your Net Banking site where you have to input your user id/ password
• Your payment will be authenticated over the gateway and your credit card or your bank account will be instantly debited
• You will receive a Transaction Reference Number that is an acknowledgement for your payment request
• Your payment will be credited into your Tata AIA Life Insurance Co. Ltd. account within 2 working day.

What payment options can I use for this service?

You can currently use any valid Visa, Master Card, Diners Credit Card or Citibank E-Cards or pay through your Net Banking accounts with AXIS Bank, Centurion Bank of Punjab(Erstwhile BOP), HDFC Bank, IDBI Bank, Indusind Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Punjab National Bank or Union Bank of India.

Do I have to pay the entire premium amount?

Yes. You are requested to pay your entire policy premium amount as specified.

Do I get a confirmation of the payment that I have made?

For each payment you will receive an online Transaction Reference Number that is an acknowledgement for your payment request.
